Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our home improvement products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our ARB series faucets, bathroom cabinets, or other products, we offer a simple returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All electrical components (Circuit Breakers, Cable & Wire Connectors, Electrical Outlets)
  • Opened packages of building materials (Carpet Tiles, Ceramic tiles)

Return & Exchange Process

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover shipping costs to send your replacement item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information
