2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened packages of building materials (Carpet Tiles, Ceramic tiles)

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and will send a confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. While we verify prices during processing, if an error is discovered, we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
